Role Overview The Team Lead, Education Sales leads the Education sales team and owns the end-to-end go-to-market strategy for the Education segment, covering both University and Student markets. The role is responsible for driving new institution and student customer acquisition, growing ARR within the existing base, and reducing churn across both segments. The University segment operates through direct, relationship-led sales to institutions, while the Student segment runs as a low-touch, digital-first purchase journey, requiring close partnership with the Ecommerce team to optimise the online funnel, conversion rates, and pricing experience.
