Why you should join the Adyen Networking Team This team is located in our Platform Engineering Solution in Amsterdam. The purpose of Platform Engineering is to enable Adyen engineers to autonomously build and support secure, scalable and reliable applications with high speed and quality through a common technology ecosystem. As the team lead for our Networking team in Amsterdam, you will build, mentor, and coach a diverse, talented team at delivering foundational infrastructure services for our core platform. You are comfortable streamlining the team's engineering operations, refining product requirements together with product and engineers and encouraging effective collaboration. Sounds exciting? Keep reading! What You’ll Do: Work closely with project managers, vendors, and other teams to ensure the successful deployment of networking infrastructure in Adyen. Design, implement, and optimize Adyen networking infrastructure. Set clear individual and team goals that align with our strategic engineering ambitions in close collaboration with the product manager. Take responsibility for the operation and improvement of the networking team at Adyen. Deploy, scale, and automate a network spanning the globe. Drive the technical direction of the team.
