Learn more at elite.com. Job Description As a Tech Lead Engineer, you are a senior technical leader responsible for driving the successful execution of Elite’s product and platform roadmap. You combine deep hands-on engineering expertise with strong technical leadership, guiding architecture decisions, mentoring engineers, and ensuring high standards across the software development lifecycle. You will lead complex technical initiatives end-to-end, partner closely with Product and Engineering leadership, and serve as a role model for engineering excellence.
