Tech Lead & Product Engineer (Internal Platforms) The Opportunity We’re looking to bring on a full-time Tech Lead & Product Engineer to take ownership of our internal reporting dashboard and drive its evolution into a comprehensive operational platform. This is a unique hybrid role designed for a highly skilled engineer who loves writing production code but also excels at coordinating developer workflows and shaping product strategy. In this role, you will act as the technical anchor and delivery manager for our dashboard system, which currently pulls marketing data from Meta, GA4, and other sources to automate client reporting. While you will remain deeply hands-on in the codebase, you will also be responsible for translating high-level business goals into a structured product timeline, managing sprint schedules, and unblocking the development team. Crucially, this role focuses entirely on technical execution, product scoping, and timeline delivery; it does not carry corporate HR burdens like hiring, firing, or formal performance reviews. You will have full ownership over the code and the schedule, serving as the critical bridge between business vision and engineering execution. Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Code Management Maintain and architect core systems for the live internal reporting dashboard and future platform extensions. Ensure code quality and maintainability by setting engineering standards and leading pull request reviews. Mentor team members, distribute technical tasks, and actively unblock developers to keep execution smooth. Product Strategy & Timeline Ownership Guide the product roadmap timeline, translating business objectives into clear, phased engineering milestones. Lead sprint and release planning, carefully balancing technical debt, background optimization, and new feature rollouts.
