As a Technical Product Intern you will work on our platform products and internal SaaS tools — the products that engineering and business teams across multiple business units build on and work with every day. During the period of intern time, we welcome you to apply for a full-time position in Cho Tot. Responsibilities: Own full product lifecycle for platform products : Work from conceptual phase to go-to-market across discovery, delivery, and iteration on platform capabilities and internal SaaS tools that serve multiple business units. Understand Internal Users: Your users are colleagues — engineers, operations, and business teams across different business units. Talk to them like a product manager talks to customers: understand their workflows, pain points, and why they adopt (or avoid) a tool. Derive Insights: Help define and track how internal products are doing — adoption, usage, time-to-value, and user satisfaction — and synthesize findings from usage data and user interviews into product opportunities. Product Documentation: Write and maintain PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and release notes — plus the onboarding guides and changelogs that help internal teams discover and adopt the tools. Ideate: Propose new initiatives and improvements that make internal teams faster and remove friction from their workflows, including smart use of AI where it genuinely helps. Cross-functional & Cross-BU Collaboration: Gather requirements from multiple business units, help balance competing needs into one roadmap, and work closely with Engineering and Business
