This role can be performed from anywhere within the European Union. Tasks Take ownership of the complete end-to-end recruitment process for technical and business roles. Become a trusted recruiting partner for clients by developing a deep understanding of their business, culture, teams and hiring needs. Advise clients on recruiting strategies, sourcing approaches, hiring processes and market trends to help them attract and hire the right talent. Identify and engage suitable candidates through active sourcing and professional networks. Conduct professional interviews and present shortlisted candidates together with your assessment and recommendation. Coordinate the entire recruitment process while ensuring a smooth and professional experience for both clients and candidates.
