And we’re looking for a Client Services Analyst to start immediately! Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accurately onboard clients into the company platform. Monitor assigned client accounts and optimize account performance through budget, bid, segmentation, and ROI improvements. Prepare and conduct regular client trend and performance reviews. Resolve technical, product, and account-related issues in a timely manner. Document all client interactions and account activities accurately in HubSpot. Recommend product improvements and appropriate solutions based on client needs. Collaborate with internal teams to improve client retention and overall account performance. Analyze account performance data to identify opportunities for optimization and growth. Proactively identify potential account risks and recommend solutions before issues arise. Support customer retention, revenue growth, and upsell initiatives.
