Technical Account Manager

Nexxen seeks a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to ensure efficient support of our Tier 1 CTV publishers. The Technical Account Manager will ensure technical support to both the publisher and the account management teams and be the subject matter expert for all things CTV internally. What You’ll Do: Nexxen is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Account Manager to support our Tier 1 Connected TV (CTV) publishers. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical partner to both publishers and internal account teams, ensuring seamless platform support, driving account optimization, and acting as the internal subject matter expert for all things CTV. Partner with the CTV Strategic Account Management Team - Proactively monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Tier 1 CTV publisher accounts. - Develop a deep understanding of publisher integrations, technical setups, and business objectives in partnership with Strategic Account Managers. - Support day-to-day publisher relationships by providing technical expertise during emails, business reviews, and customer meetings. - Translate complex technical requirements into practical, revenue-driving business solutions. - Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for publisher deals and platform-related issues. Collaborate with Product - Develop a strong understanding of the CTV ecosystem, including publisher needs, DSP requirements, market trends, and competitive landscape. - Identify product gaps and advocate for customer needs through a structured feature request process. - Own the submission, prioritization, and tracking of product enhancement requests.
