Job Requisition ID # 26WD99973 Position Overview We are seeking an expert in InfoWorks ICM (ICM) to assist our customers in adopting and optimizing their software. This is not a traditional software support role, instead you will engage new and existing customers to ensure they are using ICM as efficiently and effectively as possible, from both an IT and engineering perspective. You will use your in-depth experience to enable, support and guide our customers throughout their water projects. This is a proactive role where you will develop a strategy to understand which customers we should speak to and what we should speak to them about. The role focuses on building relationships, within Autodesk, with our Sales, Development and Engineering teams, but principally with our customers, taking ownership of their ideas, concerns and requests to build trust in our software. The intention is to have high value conversations, then collate and analyse those conversations into a coherent strategy for customer success. We value hybrid working, and if you live near enough to one of our offices you are welcome to work there some or all of the time, but remote working is also supported. You will report to the Manager for Customer Success, EMEA Water. Responsibilities You will establish and maintain working relationships with customers as a trusted technical advisor. You will collate and analyse customer conversations to identify what actions must be undertaken to improve the customer’s experience and promote the use of ICM. You will add value to the use of ICM. Scripting and the use of AI will be key components of this. You should seek to promote yourself as a subject expert through social media, webinars, conferences, and customer events. You will develop and deliver expert coaching to drive customer adoption, which could include: Model building and import from other model types. Calibration or verification against observed data.
