As Technical Accounting Manager, you are not just an executor; you are the strategic architect of our GAAP policy, technical accounting frameworks, and audit readiness. You will own technical accounting judgments, elevate our financial reporting and investor reporting processes, lead special projects, and design scalable workflows to support iSpot’s rapid expansion. Responsibilities: Technical Policy & GAAP Governance: Author technical accounting memos, research complex GAAP standards, and establish robust accounting policies for critical business transactions. Cross-Functional Advisory: Serve as the primary accounting subject matter expert, partnering with FP&A, Legal, and leadership to evaluate one-off business scenarios and structural accounting impacts.
