Technical AI Sourcer - Fury Team The future of defense will be decided by those who field intelligent machines at scale. The Role We are looking for an AI Sourcer who is driven to build the team that will define the future of autonomous defense systems. You will drive top‑of‑funnel sourcing efforts, build thoughtful outreach strategies, and cultivate long‑term relationships with highly specialized talent across academia and industry to support our AI engineering hiring goals. From working cross departmentally with team leaders, sourcing world class talent, to advising hiring managers to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, you will shape the team responsible for bringing next generation autonomy to the U.S. military. Expect to move fast, adapt constantly, and operate with a high level of ownership as we rapidly scale the team. You will help define how we recruit, how we operate, and how we grow.
