The Role We are looking for an AI Sourcer who is driven to build the team that will define the future of autonomous defense systems. You will drive top‑of‑funnel sourcing efforts, build thoughtful outreach strategies, and cultivate long‑term relationships with highly specialized talent across academia and industry to support our AI engineering hiring goals. From working cross departmentally with team leaders, sourcing world class talent, to advising hiring managers to delivering an exceptional candidate experience, you will shape the team responsible for bringing next generation autonomy to the U.S. military.
