Job Location : - Mumbai (Preferred) | Chennai | Hyderabad | Gurgaon | Noida Sr Technical BIM lead (BIM manger) as a senior member of the modelling team, is expected to coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other technicians for technical delivery of wide range of engineering drawings for projects of varying complexity. In addition to engineering tasks, he/she is also expected to support HoD’s in competence development of the drafting team within the department. Principal technician would be key drivers for technical quality of the work and compliance with project objectives and quality standards. R esponsibilities: BIM Implementation: Lead the implementation of BIM processes and standards within the design team and across project stakeholders. Collaboration: Facilitate collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other project team members using BIM, ensuring seamless information exchange. Model Development: Oversee the development of detailed 3D models using BIM software, ensuring they accurately represent the design intent and comply with industry standards. Data Management: Manage and organize the vast amount of data associated with the BIM model, ensuring that it is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to all relevant parties.
