Technical Consultant

Role Overview Advyzon is seeking a Technical Consultant to join our consulting organization and play a key role in delivering an exceptional onboarding experience for new clients. As a Technical Consultant, you will partner with firms to implement Advyzon 's all-in-one wealth management platform, helping firms successfully transition their business processes and become confident users of our technology. This role combines technical aptitude, project coordination, and client relationship management. You will guide clients through onboarding, deliver product training, assist with platform configuration, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementations. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping clients succeed, enjoys solving business and technical challenges, communicates effectively with a wide variety of stakeholders, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced fintech environment. Key Responsibilities Client Onboarding & Implementation Lead onboarding engagements for RIAs and Broker Dealers using Advyzon 's implementation methodology Serve as the primary consulting contact throughout the onboarding process, building trusted relationships with clients Conduct discovery sessions to understand client business processes, operational workflows, goals, and implementation priorities Configure platform settings and assist clients with system setup based on their business requirements Deliver virtual product demonstrations, training sessions, and workflow workshops that help clients become self-sufficient Monitor onboarding progress, proactively identify risks, and help keep projects on schedule Document client requirements, decisions, and implementation milestones throughout each engagement Participate in annual conference presentations and user trainings Client Consulting & Problem Solving Advise clients on Advyzon best practices and how to leverage Advyzon 's platform to improve operational efficiency Help clients understand platform
