What You'll Do? Provide first-line technical support for Fluke Reliability software applications in Microsoft and web-based environments. Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and virtual meetings. Troubleshoot technical and product-related issues and guide customers toward timely resolutions. Research, analyze, and document customer-reported issues with accuracy and attention to detail. Communicate technical information clearly and professionally to customers with varying levels of technical expertise. Collaborate with team members to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Manage multiple support requests while maintaining a high level of service and responsiveness. Develop expertise in Fluke Reliability products and contribute to continuous improvement of support processes and customer satisfaction. What You Bring?
