Playtech Managed Services unit is looking for a proactive Technical Delivery Configuration Associate with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. This position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Your influential mission. You will... Handle gaming platform configurations and backend systems. Configure casino and sports promotional mechanics, player journeys and messaging, standard automations, and game and casino settings. Identify and escalate technical issues arising during configuration. Establish and maintain user accounts with appropriate system permissions and access levels. Work closely with CRM teams to execute marketing automation campaigns and support technical implementation of custom solutions for various stakeholders. Learn the fundamentals of our products, including their structure and features. Gain insight into technical processes within a global organization.
