Technical Integrations Manager

We don’t want people to have to suffer with bad takeaway delivered an age after they order. About the team This role sits within the Express Integrations Team. You will be helping the hospitality industry grow as a member of the Technology org that is responsible for building the best food delivery platform for our first-party restaurant and grocery partners. About the role You will be responsible for managing the integration efforts and relationships across multiple parties including restaurant & grocery partners, external technology providers and business stakeholders, to ensure clear visibility within each project and drive the project to successful completion. This is a hybrid role working 3 days a week fro our London office, and you will report into our Senior Technical Integrations Manager. What you'll be doing - Detailed planning: You will manage pre-kickoff preparations, project kickoffs, project plans including milestones and all project communications to ensure the successful adoption of the product with our key accounts. - Technical integration ownership: Manage the end-to-end technical integration of partners, from integration through to test planning, UAT, and production go-live, working with engineering and product to troubleshoot and resolve issues along the way. - Management throughout the lifecycle of a project: responsibilities include, but are not limited to creating rollout plans specific to each project, establishing go-live cr
