We are seeking a Senior IT Professional to join our F&A IT Solutions team in a dual-capacity role. You will serve as the primary Quality Assurance & Testing Engineer for our IBM-based financial suite (Cognos Controller, Planning Analytics, and Cognos Analytics) while simultaneously acting as the designated back-up for the Architect & Technical Manager . This is a high-accountability position requiring a blend of technical expertise, strategic oversight, and leadership to ensure the stability and evolution of our global financial consolidation and reporting systems. Key Responsibilities 1. Quality Assurance & Testing Leadership End-to-End Strategy: Define and execute the QA roadmap for the Cognos program, ensuring all data integration and UI enhancements meet rigorous financial accuracy standards. Testing Execution: Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and regression testing cycles for complex TM1 models and reporting dashboards. Standardisation: Establish testing protocols for the development team (5 FTEs) to ensure "Quality by Design" across all application layers. 2.
