Our Team At Desteia , we place a high value on diverse perspectives and personal experiences at every level of our organization. Our founding team brings a wealth of experience in logistics and software development from their previous roles at companies like Tesla, Walmart, and Blend. Diego, our co-CEO, successfully led his previous start-up, Carrot from ideation to acquisition in addition to leading some of Blend’s Products from Series C to its IPO, as lead product manager for AI and ML Austin, our CTO, holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Computer Science from Stanford and spent 4 years as a senior software engineer building Blend. Françoise, our co-CEO, brings extensive experience in supply chain, operations, strategy and branding from companies such as Tesla, L´Oréal, LVMH and Walmart (get to know them here , here, and here ).
