We're looking for a Technical Lead / Exec IT Support to join our New York City office and provide hands-on IT support while providing occasional assistance for the telecom team using our office as a test location. As a leader, it is expected to do research and propose potential and implement solutions that can improve the employee operations experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, supporting employees, and working across both traditional IT and mobile connectivity. HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE - Provide technical leadership over IT employee operations processes and systems. - Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across a global organization. - Ensure employees have the hardware, software, and access they need to be productive. - Provision, configure, and administer user accounts across business applications. - Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including laptop deployment, account setup, and equipment recovery. - Support Apple devices and peripheral hardware. - Administer Google Workspace, identity management, and Mobile Device Management (Mosyle) and other SaaS tools used by employees. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and access issues. - Maintain IT asset inventory and lifecycle management. - Develop and maintain internal IT documentation and knowledge base articles. - Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and implement new technology solutions. - Assist with security initiatives, including SOC 2 compliance and security awareness. - Support
