Note: This is a temporary 6-month opportunity. You Bring to Applaudo the Following Competencies: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience. 2–4 years of experience in QA, Data Analytics, Technical Support, Product Operations, or similar roles. Strong proficiency with Excel, Power BI, or similar data visualization and analytics tools. Experience analyzing both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and improvement opportunities. Strong analytical thinking and the ability to transform technical findings into business insights. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to non-technical audiences. Experience creating dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking for stakeholders. Familiarity with Azure DevOps is highly desirable. Advanced English proficiency.
