OVERVIEW We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Full Stack Engineer to join our platform engineering team. You will lead the design and development of high-performance backend services that power real-time operational systems and enterprise platforms. In this role, you will own core service architecture, mentor a small engineering squad, and ensure production-grade reliability, scalability, and maintainability across the platform. Working closely with solution architects, data engineers, DevOps, and product teams, you will translate complex business and operational requirements into robust distributed systems built on modern .NET technologies.
