About the job Neo4j Technical Onboarding Engineers play a critical role in supporting our enterprise customers early in their journey to ensure the absolute success of their architectural foundations. As a Technical Onboarding Engineer, you will bridge the gap between a signed contract and a production-ready ecosystem. You will serve as the trusted technical advisor, leading new customers through critical infrastructure milestones—including cloud provisioning, security hardening, networking, data modelling, and application integration.
