Technical Product Designer

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on Technical Product Designer to design intuitive digital products and enterprise solutions. This role combines UX/UI design, consulting, and lightweight frontend development. You will work directly with clients and delivery teams to understand business needs, facilitate workshops, simplify complex workflows, and turn ideas into clear designs and working browser-based prototypes. You should be comfortable designing with HTML and CSS, exploring new AI-assisted ways of working, and adapting your approach to practical technical constraints. Responsibilities Support end-to-end UX/UI design for digital products and enterprise applications. Plan and facilitate client workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, interviews, and design reviews. Translate business needs and user feedback into user stories, workflows, functional requirements, and design specifications. Map complex processes and identify opportunities to simplify the user experience. Create journey maps, wireframes, interface concepts, interactive prototypes, and production-ready UI designs. Build or modify browser-based prototypes using semantic HTML and external CSS. Apply design-token and atomic-design principles to create consistent, reusable interface patterns. Work with established design systems when appropriate, while adapting them to the needs of the product. Consider frontend capabilities, backend constraints, data requirements, integrations, accessibility, and responsive behaviour when proposing solutions.
