These agentic systems power CRMs, data warehouses, AI products, and mission-critical decisions across the enterprise with strategic partners such as Uber Eats and Toast. As a Technical Product Lead, you’ll be the first product hire and a hands-on driver for end-to-end delivery across our data, engineering, and ML teams. This is a technical, execution-heavy role: you’ll work directly with the CEO and customer-facing leaders to translate real enterprise workflows into clear specs, tight sequencing, and shipped outcomes. You’ll operate close to the metal: data pipelines, quality systems, schemas, APIs, and integrations. Expect high ownership, fast iteration, and direct exposure to market-leading customers. WHAT YOU’LL DO - Own delivery for key product initiatives from discovery to adoption - Turn customer problems into crisp specs, milestones, and shipped work - Partner daily with data, engineering, and ML to drive execution - Define requirements for data pipelines, quality, schemas, and APIs - Run tight feedback loops with customers and internal stakeholders - Track success metrics and ensure outcomes match the intent - Coordinate rollouts and enablement across customer workflows - Improve product rituals: planning, reviews, decision logs, and tradeoffs - Use next-gen AI tools to accelerate discovery and execution YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF... - 5+ years in product, technical program, or delivery roles on technical products - You can go deep with engineers and systems; a CS/Engineering background is a strong plus - Experience with data-heavy systems: pipelines, schemas, APIs, integrations - Proven ability to ship cross-functional work
