ABOUT THE ROLE As a Technical Program Manager, you will drive technical execution across complex robotics, autonomy, software, and defense programs. You will work closely with engineering, product, operations, field teams, and customers to turn mission needs into executable plans and delivered capabilities. This role requires technical depth, strong program leadership, and the ability to operate across hardware, software, autonomy, systems integration, testing, and deployment. You will own schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and delivery plans while working directly with technical teams to keep execution moving. This is not a traditional project coordination role. You will be expected to understand the systems being built, identify technical and programmatic risks, unblock engineering teams, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and help deliver mission-ready robotic systems at speed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PROGRAM EXECUTION & CROSS-FUNCTIONAL DELIVERY - Own execution for robotics, autonomy, software, and defense-related engineering programs - Drive planning, milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and cross-functional delivery - Translate customer needs, contract requirements, and mission objectives into clear technical plans - Coordinate across software, autonomy, hardware, manufacturing, field operations, product, and customer-facing teams
