About the role We're looking for a Technical Program Manager to serve as a critical bridge between our customers and our Product and Engineering teams. You'll own complex technical customer inquiries from end to end—understanding what customers are trying to accomplish, investigating issues, coordinating with the right technical teams, and driving requests through resolution. You'll develop a deep understanding of Higgsfield's products, APIs, models, and technical infrastructure while identifying patterns across customer feedback that can help improve our products and customer experience at scale.
