Client: CTEC develops and delivers innovative customer-centric technologies and solutions that support the Office of Personnel Management’s (OPM) Health and Insurance business unit and Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO). Duties and Responsibilities: Agile Program & Team Leadership: Lead and manage Agile delivery teams using Scrum and Agile-at-Scale methodologies to deliver complex technology solutions on schedule and within scope. Roadmap & Work Plan Management: Create, manage, and maintain project roadmaps, sprint plans, and release schedules using Azure DevOps to support iterative development and delivery. Requirements & Scope Management: Oversee requirements discovery and documentation in collaboration with business analysts and technical teams, ensuring business needs are accurately captured before solution development.
