We're looking for a Technical Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for some of our most critical technical roles. This person will combine deep recruiting expertise with a genuine passion for technology, AI-powered workflows, and operational excellence and will contribute to raising the bar for the entire team along the way. Please Note: This is a 12 month contract, for Maternity Cover Your mission Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles - from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close. Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes - no detail is too small. Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to keep pipeline health in check, surfacing insights and recommendations to hiring teams proactively. Build and nurture a world-class candidate network through market research, CRM engagement, and genuine relationship management. Obsess over the candidate experience - gather feedback, analyze survey data, and turn insights into tangible process improvements.
