Job Overview Zencore is seeking a Part-Time Technical Recruiter to lead recruiting efforts across Europe. This individual will own the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and consulting positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to build high-performing teams. The ideal candidate has previous experience recruiting for Cloud, Data, AI, Infrastructure, DevOps, and Professional Services consulting roles , with a strong understanding of the Google Cloud ecosystem. They are proactive, organized, relationship-driven, and passionate about delivering an outstanding candidate experience. Location: We are open to candidates across Europe, but the preferred location is the UK. Responsibilities Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake through offer acceptance. Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, ideal candidate profiles, and workforce planning. Develop sourcing strategies to attract top cloud consulting talent throughout Europe. Source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing methods. Screen resumes and conduct initial recruiter interviews to evaluate technical experience, consulting background, communication skills, and cultural fit. Coordinate technical interview processes and maintain consistent communication with candidates and interview teams. Present qualified candidates to hiring managers with detailed interview summaries and recommendations. Build
