This role supports sales, product research, and troubleshooting, while collaborating with customers, manufacturing, and replacement roll teams to meet sales and order goals. The candidate must reside in the Southeastern United States, as this position covers that region. Key Responsibilities Support mechanical roll services, roll covers, and replacement roll products through customer visits, calls, and data collection. Lead roll MRS (mechanical roll service) and cover application support. Collaborate with R&D and global product teams on new product launches. Help investigate product issues, failures, and customer claims. Assist production with new product implementation and standardization. Contribute to sales efforts and TRM customer market basket development. Attend regional sales meetings. Travel 50–75% to customer sites, manufacturing facilities, and internal meetings. Required Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written commun
