Technical Services Analyst

The fun, techy, things you’ll be working on Monitoring of Network and Desktop Environments Maintaining Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, and Smartphones Assisting on IT Projects as required Working with End-Users and Vendors to support applications and environments Deployment and Management of Microsoft desktop Infrastructure Routine Maintenance with desktops and end-users Deployment of end-user Infrastructure Supporting End-Users both remotely and on premise Routine Network Maintenance in an Active Directory environment Maintenance of Active Directory Environments including Group Policies Deployment of Infrastructure improvements with Microsoft Operating Systems Some of the qualities we like to see in our team members Two Years of experience with Windows Desktop Management is preferred One Year of experience with MAC OS is preferred Office 365 experience is preferred Experience with Microsoft Active Directory is preferred A Degree in Information Technology or Business Management is preferred Having a worked in a highly motivated, fast-paced, critical support role An excellent reputation for support to end-users must be demonstrated. Excellent decision making and critical-thinking skills An ability to work in a fast-paced and quickly changing environment Excellent organizational and communication skills are required Ability to meet deadlines with Projects and Assignments Ability to learn and support new technologies and train others Some regional travel maybe required – all expenses paid Participate in an on-call rotation schedule Must be an energetic and highly motivated self-starter Must
