Role Overview ABS Global, a Genus company, has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Services Sr. Specialist (East Region, US) to provide technical services to strategic accounts in alignment with the ABS global strategy (specific focus on the Strategic Account Segment). The Technical Services Sr. Specialist is responsible for developing and executing technical service strategies that enhance the performance, profitability, and long-term success of ABS's strategic dairy customers. Working closely with commercial, technical, genetic, and global account teams, this role serves as a trusted advisor to key accounts by identifying opportunities for improvement, implementing technical solutions, providing on-farm training and coaching, and monitoring results to ensure measurable impact. This role combines technical expertise with customer engagement, supporting strategic accounts through data-driven recommendations, performance evaluations, and product validation activities. The role also contributes to industry leadership by creating technical communications, sharing field performance data, addressing customer inquiries, and representing ABS at industry events and professional meetings. Success in this role requires strong dairy production knowledge, relationship-building skills, data analysis capabilities, and a passion for helping customers achieve operational excellence. Additionally, fluency in both English and Spanish is required, as this position regularly supports and collaborates with a diverse customer base and cross-functional teams across multiple regions. This position is ideally based remotely in the East region of the United States, with travel approximately 50% within North America; travel may increase depending on business needs. The salary range for this position is $95,000 - $120,000 USD. The salary provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
