We act as strategic growth partners across Deliveroo, bringing creativity, rigour, and market insight to our most critical and complex talent searches worldwide. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like: - Design and execute proactive sourcing strategies to identify and engage world-class Product Management and Design talent across Europe. - Build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines that anticipate future hiring needs rather than just reacting to open requisitions. - Partner closely with recruiters and senior hiring managers to calibrate role requirements, map target markets, and share real-time competitive intelligence. - Craft compelling, personalised outreach that brings Deliveroo’s mission and employer brand to life, successfully converting passive prospects into active candidates. - Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into every stage of the sourcing funnel, actively challenging bias in talent identification and channel selection. - Track and analyse sourcing funnel metrics to
