Make your mark as Technical Superintendent Nigeria at Smit Lamnalco You will manage and execute running ‘day-to-day’ Maintenance and Repair (M&R) activities of vessels assigned to you within time-frame and budget as set, in order to maintain technical reliability and maximize utilization of the fleet. Your responsibilities: Coordinate and execute ‘day-to-day’ running maintenance activities (mainly preventive) onboard the vessels to maintain technical reliability of vessels and prevent downtime/off-hire. Supervise, coach and instruct chief engineers onboard the vessels to ensure technical management onboard is in line with company expectation Execute repairs, supervise crew and subcontractors in line with the agreed planning, budget and quality standards.
