Requirements: High School graduated (required) Advanced english skills Experiencie: 1 year of experience as Service Desk, Helpdesk and/or troubleshooting to software and hardware. Experience with tools like Teamviewer. Functions: Gives helpdesk support to users on USA. Job location: Downtown area in Guadalajara. To work part-time from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 pm on weekdays and from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm on weekends, with 2 days off.
