Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond. Within the Global Engineering & Supply Chain Tendering department, you will develop process design, sizing and costing of plant systems during the proposal phase of international Waste to Energy EPC projects. Prepare heat & mass balances, process flow diagrams, and performance guarantees in close collaboration with Chief Engineers Optimise system integration to drive cost competitiveness and coordinate interfaces with various disciplines (process engineering, electrical & control, layout, steel structure, civil, construction, procurement, logistics,…) Review contract specifications, identify project risks and opportunities, participate to technical clarification and negotiation meetings with customers and partners Calculate the budget for the engineering and procurement scope of supply, support the preparation of requests for quotations for critical equipment and analyse offers received from suppliers Compile the offer documentation, deviations, bill of quantities, electrical consumption list,… Handover successful tenders to the project execution team Actively participate in maintaining tendering know-how, tools, templates, and seek to implement lessons learned from executed projects At least 5 years’ experience in an international EPC environment (energy, renewables, environmental technology, oil & gas or similar industry) Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Process Engineering (Bachelor/Master) Solid project exe
