Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Testing Lead to provide staff augmentation and subject matter expertise for a healthcare technology environment. This individual will lead testing activities across assigned projects, establish testing standards, coordinate resources, and help ensure that systems and solutions meet defined business, technical, and quality requirements. The ideal candidate has experience leading enterprise-level testing efforts within a healthcare setting. Experience supporting Epic or other electronic health record initiatives is strongly preferred. Key Responsibilities • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of testing activities across assigned projects. • Develop comprehensive test strategies, plans, scripts, scenarios, and supporting documentation. • Define the testing scope, objectives, timelines, resource needs, and success criteria. • Coordinate functional, integration, regression, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing. • Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and subject matter experts to validate requirements and expected outcomes. • Provide testing subject matter expertise and recommend quality assurance best practices. • Assign testing activities, monitor progre
