HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT SG10/11 We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Tire Development Engineer to join our Original Equipment (OE) Product Development Team (PDT) Platform in Auburn Hills, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative tire solutions that meet the demanding requirements of original equipment car manufacturers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design, test, and optimize tire performance while ensuring compliance with industry standards and customer specifications. Design and develop tire constructions and compounds using simulation software and engineering analysis tools Conduct comprehensive tire testing and validation to evaluate performance characteristics including durability, traction, rolling resistance, and noise Analyze test data and simulation results to identify optimization opportunities and drive continuous improvement Collaborate with materials scientists, manufacturing engineers, and quality assurance teams to ensure feasibility and manufacturability of tire designs Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for internal stakeholders and OE customers Troubleshoo
