Genesys is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Project Manager to support the successful delivery of strategic initiatives across our global Benefits, Compensation, and Equity programs. Reporting to the SVP, Total Rewards, this role serves as the execution lead for key initiatives, ensuring projects are well planned, effectively coordinated, and successfully delivered across the Total Rewards portfolio. Working closely with functional leaders, you bring structure, transparency, and accountability to complex, cross-functional initiatives while keeping stakeholders and executives informed throughout the project lifecycle. This role partners with leaders across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, Procurement, IT, Communications, and other business functions to coordinate activities, manage timelines, mitigate risks, and drive successful implementation. Key Responsibilities: Lead the execution and delivery of multiple concurrent Total Rewards projects across Benefits, Compensation, and Equity Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risk logs, issue trackers, and status reports Coordinate project activities across Human Resources, Payroll, Finance, Legal, HRIS, Communications, and other cross-functional stakeholders to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved Facilitate project meetings, document key decisions, track action items, and drive accountability t
