We're looking for an Application Production Support Engineer to join our team and support critical trading applications for our Electronic Execution platform. The ideal candidate has hands-on production support experience, is comfortable working under pressure, and knows how to keep trading systems running smoothly day to day. Role and responsibilities Handle critical production issues, applying the right troubleshooting process to get systems back up fast Work with business users to gather requirements and manage problems, changes, and incidents (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence) Build and maintain run-books, SOPs, and training material, and help train the team Set up monitoring and alerts (GENEOS, Open Search, Grafana) to catch issues before they escalate Automate routine checks with Python and shell scripting to cut down manual work Run root cause analysis after incidents and support audit, compliance, and business continuity efforts Solid experience in application production support, ideally in a fast-paced trading environment Strong
