ProTrain is seeking a dependable, motivated, and people-focused Training Assessment Manager (TAM) with a passion for education and a strong interest in sales. This is an entry-level sales role designed for individuals who are eager to guide others on their path from Education to Employment . Although the title includes “manager,” this is not a management role —rather, it focuses on assessing student needs and managing sales processes related to training and education. As a TAM, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them identify the training programs that best match their career goals. You’ll play a vital role in advising students on educational pathways, assisting with enrollment and financing options, integrated with partner relationships and providing excellent customer service throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities: Understand all training program offerings and their modalities: Online, Live Online Synchronous, In-Classroom, and Live Mentored. Guide students through career assessments to match them with appropriate programs. Advise students on financial assistance options based on their unique situations and school affiliations.
