This role combines analytical problem solving with service-oriented communication to improve shipment visibility, monitor on-time performance, support track-and-trace activity, identify trends and exceptions, and provide timely reporting and follow-up to carriers, internal stakeholders, and operations teams. Key Responsibilities Support transportation planning activities by reviewing shipment demand, routing requirements, carrier capacity, delivery schedules, and operational constraints. Monitor shipment execution through track-and-trace activity, providing timely updates on shipment status, delivery expectations, appointment changes, and potential service risks.
