What we are looking for: A driven and mission-focused Travel, Expense and Credit Card Specialist to administer and support the organization's travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs. Expectations of this role: Maintain an active relationship with Jesus Christ and support the ministry through prayer and actions Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee expense reports Promote compliance with company policies and IRS regulations Provide employee training and support Serve as the primary liaison with travel-related vendors and service provider Qualifications: 3+ years experience with corporate travel, expense reimbursement, and credit card programs Associate degree or equivalent combination of coursework and experience Working knowledge of accounting software to preferably include Concur and SAGE/Intaact Intermediate Excel and Word skills Strong working knowledge of standard expense procedures, including, but not limited to the processing of expense reports Ability to understand and interpret vendor invoices and other varied source documents Ability to utilize an automated accounting system and to format and generate reports Keen attention to detail and ability to follow and complete detailed p
