Position overview As the Treasury AVP at Xapo Bank, you will be a key member of our Treasury team, responsible for driving the Bank's Bitcoin first strategy along with focus on traditional finance, in particular across fixed income investment strategies that balance yield enhancement with prudent risk taking. Working closely with the Head of Treasury, you will bring a trading mindset to Treasury, structuring products across both traditional fixed income and Bitcoin, while leveraging strong Bitcoin and FX experience to support the Bank's investment and hedging activities. Responsibilities Fixed Income Investments: Manage and grow the Treasury's fixed income investment portfolio, including sourcing, evaluating, and executing investments to optimise returns within approved risk limits. Risk Reward Balance: Assess and balance risk and reward across Treasury's investment and structuring activities, ensuring decisions are made within the Group's Risk Appetite and Financial Limits.
