JOB DETAILS Base Pay $20.00 per hour, plus $1.00 per hour shift differential for 2nd shift, and $0.75 per hour shift differential for 3rd shift Shift Available: 1st Shift:Monday - Friday, 6am - 2pm 2nd shift: Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm Employment Benefits start on day 1 On Demand Pay Program (Access your pay when you need it) Weekly Pay DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Trim Sheet Associates are responsible for all aspects of trim sheet coil production, including machine operation, material inspection, product packaging, order consolidation, and material handling activities. Trim Sheet associates are expected to work in a safe, productive, and cooperative manner in accordance with Ply Gem policies and procedures. Complete all tasks as assigned by production department leadership Read, understand, and follow the steps outlined in SOPs for each task being performed Take prompt corrective action to eliminate safety hazards, minimize equipment downtime, reduce scrap generation, and correct deviations from quality standards Complete required document
