TT Engineering Supervisor Quality Management

The TT Engineering Supervisor Quality Management will: Ensure that Quality Control plan is in place and effective for assigned area(s) and that work instructions are accurate and in compliance with Central PoMs and IATF. Ensure Plant compliance to Corporate Quality standards and Strategic Quality Objectives. Provide support to assigned area management team, sister plants, Central and local requests. Lead in data analysis and provide support for root cause evaluation. Supervise Quality Technicians. Supervise CTD Analysis Tech,Tire Cutter Technician. Analyze benchmark results of internal cross-plant comparisons concerning quality objectives and cost using the Global Quality Score Card (GQSC), Central Controlling or Customer Service reports. Perform statistical and capability analysis of data, put into presentation format with reporting. Lead and assist with TS16949 certification and compliance.
