About Our Clients Our client is a fast-growing e-commerce brand in the action sports space, generating $100M+ in annual revenue and using UGC as a core component of its paid Meta advertising strategy. They are looking for a UGC Creator Headhunter who can build and manage a high-quality pipeline of American creators, sell creators on working with the brand, negotiate and structure deals, and own creator relationships from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing collaboration. This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. Follower count and audience size are not the priority. The focus is finding people who are exceptionally compelling on camera and can create persuasive UGC for paid advertising. The ideal candidate is highly personable, commercially minded, energetic, and genuinely great to talk to. You should have excellent natural English and be able to make creators excited about working with the brand. Responsibilities Source and build a strong pipeline of high-quality U.S.-based UGC creators who are compelling and credible on camera. Proactively recruit creators and maintain enough pipeline capacity to respond quickly when new creator needs arise. Pitch creators on opportunities and make them genuinely excited about working with the brand. Negotiate and structure creator partnerships independently, including flat-rate, commission, commission-plus-retainer, and trial arrangements. Close creators on product-only or no-upfront-fee opportunities when appropriate. Manage creator budgets and determine the right commercial structure on a creator-by-creator basis.
