In this Exciting Opportunity, You Will: Lead, develop, and manage underwriting staff through training, coaching, performance management, staffing decisions, workload allocation, and ongoing direction. Oversee underwriting operations, maintain workflow expertise, assist with business processing as needed, and support departmental staffing during absences or peak workloads. Evaluate underwriting information, make final underwriting determinations, and prepare and process policies and endorsements.
