The User Acceptance Tester (UAT) for Contact Management & Authentication is responsible for validating that new features, enhancements, and system changes meet business requirements before deployment to production. This role partners closely with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Technology teams, Operations, and business stakeholders to ensure solutions supporting customer contact management and authentication deliver a seamless and reliable experience for colleagues and customers. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience testing enterprise applications in an Agile environment. They are passionate about quality, enjoy identifying defects early, and help ensure successful product releases.
