Purpose Support the advancement of utility-scale solar and BESS projects through all phases of electrical design by providing technical oversight, coordination, and review of electrical deliverables. Ensure electrical design quality, constructability, code compliance, and alignment with project scope, schedule, cost, customer requirements, and execution objectives. Responsibilities Lead the progression of electrical design from preliminary design through IFC and construction phases, ensuring deliverables are completed in sequence to support project schedules. Review and validate electrical design outputs, including conductor schedules, equipment specifications and layouts, monitoring and communication systems, grounding, string layouts, voltage drop calculations, and related electrical deliverables. Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for electrical design and constructability, including DC collection, AC collection, MV systems, equipment sel
